One K is an online store that sells watches and accessories. We reserve the right to update or change any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept those changes.

2. Product Information

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, colors, or other content are error-free or complete.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for pricing errors and reserve the right to cancel any orders made with incorrect pricing.

4. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after payment is received or confirmed (in the case of Cash on Delivery).

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

  • Payment methods include COD, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, EasyPaisa, and JazzCash.

5. Shipping

We aim to process and ship all orders within 24–48 hours. Delivery time depends on location:

  • Local: 2–5 business days

  • International (if applicable): 5–10 business days

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • You may return or exchange a product within 3 days of receiving it.

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

7. Warranty

Most watches come with a 6 to 12-month warranty, covering manufacturing defects only. Warranty does not cover water damage (unless specified), physical damage, or battery life.
