Eligibility for Returns

You can return or exchange your item within 3 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging

  • All tags, stickers, and accessories are intact

  • The product is not damaged or worn

  • You have a valid reason (e.g. wrong item sent, defective product, etc.)


Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Used or damaged items

  • Custom or special edition watches

  • Clearance/sale items

  • Items returned after 3 days


💸 Refund Options

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You can choose between a refund, store credit, or exchange.

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method (bank transfer, card, etc.).

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty or wrong).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
